Building No. 6
The Factory Campus will be developped in several construction stages. After the successful start of the “Pionierhaus”, building No.6 and Boulevard with Palmhouse will be created in construtcion stage II. Building No. 6 will provide modern and efficient office spaces.
Office Spaces for Companies
In building No. 6, larger office spaces on a net area of 7,000 square metres will be available to lease. The structure of the building allows flexible partitions beginning with 124 square metres per unit. The 31 partial areas can be connected for those who require a bigger space. Tenants benefit from the connection to the community and flexible office spaces. In adition, members have the unique opportunity to receive their own address on Erkrather Straße seperate from the Factory Campus.
Building No. 6
The highly efficient building No.6 borders the front area of Factory Campus. With your own individual address, Factory Campus members can retain their individuality by having their own address apart from Factory Campus while still being a part of the Factory Campus community. Individual business branding is also possible.
