Discover the Arkadengebäude (arcade building) - an elegant extension of our characterful original old building - and experience modern workspaces in a variety that impresses. With 41 offices of various dimensions, a whole world of possibilities opens up for a community of up to 300 creative minds. The unique spatial concept allows neighboring offices to be connected with ease - a tailor-made workspace that accommodates both start-ups and established companies. Flexibility and potential are a top priority here.
Each office promises peace and quiet and a great view of the landscaping in the courtyard of the Factory Campus. At the same time, the interior of the offices also meets high standards: full air conditioning and ventilation as well as a high-speed fiber optic network are included. The modern industrial design makes creative hearts beat faster and you don't have to worry about the perfect conditions for working. All operating costs, including electricity from our sustainable solar power system, are included in the rental price.
You can also rent the furniture for your new office directly from us. It couldn't be easier! And you can choose whether you want a basic or a premium setup.

The offer includes full-service offices from 20 m² - 40 m² - perfect for concentrated and efficient work. In addition, an in-house bistro enriches your daily routine with culinary highlights, a mini-gym and showers support your work-life balance, while various seminar and conference rooms as well as two coworking spaces and various telephone boxes offer flexible options for collaboration and privacy. The pioneering building therefore offers much more than just an office - it is a lively place where work and quality of life go hand in hand.
