For all clients with a business address at Factory Campus, we offer the Post-Scan service as a convenient additional service. All your incoming mail is digitalized, pre-sorted, and securely made available online—giving you access to your business mail anytime, anywhere.

You receive your mail via an individual Postbox email address. The documents are made available via a secure web server with personal user authentication. In addition, we archive your mail digitally for 10 years.

E-invoices are also automatically decrypted and made readable.

Another bonus: your mail is conveniently forwarded once a month – for greater convenience in your everyday work life.

Your data is, of course, treated as strictly confidential, and only one of our employees is ever responsible for your inbox.
